“Whoa, cool!”.

That’s what I typically hear when I tell people about Lovers Know Best. While I’d like to think they’re referring to me, I know better. They’re impressed with the idea. And that’s ok. It IS a terrific idea. No hyperbole. But no confirmation bias, either.

That’s because, after so many years of going digital, live experiences scratch an itch like nothing else. It’s because, while there’s plenty of entertainment for singles and dating, there’s not a lot for couples. And it’s because, unlike theatre, stand-up, and improv, real people are the stars, doing real things while playing real games. 

That’s a really fun proposition! And that’s all that I’m after with Lovers Know Best. 

I’ve been married to my sweetheart for 28 years. And couples like us need a different kind of date night. Something upbeat and lighthearted. That’s intriguing, a little provocative, and authentic. We need a show that celebrates love and laughter. So I made one. And I can barely wait to share it with people like you. This show’s got sparkle!

Thank you for attending and being a part of this singular event. Your only mission? To have a boatload of fun. Root hard. Cheer loudly. And laugh without limits. Lovers Know Best will deliver the rest.

Someone once said Sean never met a stage he 
didn’t like. That feels fair. Truer still? He never met a smile he didn’t like. It’s essentially half of his personal mission: To help others think differently and laugh often. And his career as a performer is all about that objective. 

Sean’s acted off-off-Broadway in NYC, including a self-written one-man show, and in film/TV. He created and hosted Unlimited Thinking, one of internet radio’s first talk shows. Most recently Sean’s performed with Monterey Comedy Improv.


In the end, Sean likes to bring people together with an uncommon idea and a satisfying belly laugh. May Lovers Know Best achieve that in countless ways.
